We are not reliant on government funding, nor should we be, as to make real change in our community and be truly self-sustainable is for us to work together and empower one another in being the change. MATES Initiatives established in 2003 provide a real answer to empowering your life and to help our communities lower the horrific rates of suicide, depression and relationship violence and create positive role-models for our community and our children.
